Contents of the Holiday Box - meal for 2 people:
Burrata starter, pumpkin puree, charcuterie vinaigrette, sunflower crumble, and brioche bread.
Mixed greens, crunchy radishes, apple vinaigrette, puffed rice.
Stuffed turkey ballotine with trompettes des maures or beef fillet stuffed with foie gras, truffled Parisian gnocchi, foie gras sauce, grilled vegetables over an open flame.

PREPARATION METHOD

Burrata starter:
In a saucepan, gently heat the puree, stirring regularly, or reheat uncovered in the microwave until lukewarm. Line the bottom of a serving plate. Cut the burrata into 2 portions. Season the burrata with pepper and fleur de sel. Sprinkle the plate with charcuterie vinaigrette, sunflower crumble, and smoked bread chips. Serve with brioche bread.
Ingredients: Burrata, charcuterie vinaigrette (chorizo, shallot, white wine, white balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt), spiced pumpkin puree (pumpkin, white balsamic vinegar, salt), sunflower crumble (sunflower, maple syrup), smoked bread chips, brioche bread (flour, butter, egg, sugar, fleur de sel, yeast).
ALLERGEN: Lactose, gluten, egg

Salad:
In a bowl, mix the mixed lettuce with marinated shallots and apple vinaigrette. Sprinkle with puffed rice. Serve and enjoy.
Ingredients: Mixed lettuce, apple vinaigrette (apple, egg, Dijon mustard, canola oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper), marinated shallots, puffed rice.
ALLERGEN: Egg, mustard

Turkey Ballotine or Beef Fillet:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Allow the vacuum-sealed package to come to room temperature in warm tap water for 10 minutes.
Remove from the vacuum-sealed bag and place on a baking sheet. Reheat the ballotine for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Slice into small pieces and serve on a plate.
Ingredients: Turkey Ballotine (turkey breast, mushrooms, trompettes des maures, shallot, thyme, salt, garlic, pepper, white wine). Beef fillet (filet mignon, foie gras, trompettes des maures, egg, beef, veal stock, onion, carrot, thyme).
ALLERGEN: Egg

Foie Gras Sauce:
In a small saucepan, gently bring the sauce to a boil, stirring regularly, or reheat in the microwave for a few seconds.
Ingredients: Veal stock, onion, garlic, pepper, thyme, red wine, foie gras, salt, white balsamic vinegar.

Truffled Parisian Gnocchi:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Reheat in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
Ingredients: Gnocchi (flour, egg, water, butter, cheddar cheese, chives, Dijon mustard, salt, truffle paste), parmesan, cream, butter, thyme, garlic, pangrattato (breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, olive oil).
ALLERGEN: Gluten, egg, lactose, mustard

Vegetables:
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the vegetable tray on a rack in the oven and heat for 10 to 15 minutes until the vegetables are warm.
Ingredients: Nantes carrot, parsnip, confit king mushroom, charred boiler onion.
