For a change from chicken or beef skewers, try our Quebec lamb skewers. The pieces have been carefully cut from the leg before being marinated in our homemade chimichurri sauce made with parsley, mint, coriander and charred pepper paste to increase the tenderness of the meat. All you have to do is grill them and enjoy!
Located in Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Bergeries Marovine is involved in the production of lambs fed with corn silage and alfalfa grown on their own land. Conscious of raising animals with the utmost respect thanks to their exemplary practices, they have been offering high quality sustainable meat for over 15 years.
Cooking temperature: medium-rare (56ºC) - Take out and temper meat about 15 minutes before cooking. - Sear the meat over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes on each side. - Remove from heat and let rest for about 5 minutes. - Serve and enjoy.
