Our love for Italy is at work again. Here are our homemade Quebec lamb ravioli, sixteen mouthwatering bites of happiness just bursting with flavour!
Located in Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Bergeries Marovine is involved in the production of lambs fed with corn silage and alfalfa grown on their own land. Conscious of raising animals with the utmost respect thanks to their exemplary practices, they have been offering high quality sustainable meat for over 15 years.
Cooking time : 2-3 minutes in boiling salt water. Bring water to a boil, add salt. Take the frozen ravioli out of the bag, and cook them for 2 to 3 minutes Drain the ravioli. Serve with a sauce of your choice and enjoy.
