This year, make a change from the traditional Easter brunch with our specially created box. This generous meal includes a delicious mix of local products that will let you put your cooking skills on hold and fully celebrate the Easter holiday. You'll be able to spend more time at the table surrounded by your loved ones. 


Box contains :

  • 2 braised Quebec lamb knuckles with port sauce
  • Braised rabbit with apples and mustard
  • Roasted root vegetables (carrots, turnips, yellow beets and cipollini)
  • Red watercress, romaine lettuce, radish and turnip salad
  • Chocolate and passion fruit cake

Ingredients and allergens

Rôti de gigot d'agneau du Québec : Gigot d'agneau, sel, beurre.

Sauce au foie gras : foie gras, jus de viande réduit (os de veau, carotte, oignon, brandy, ail, vinaigre de vin blanc, beurre, piment brûlé).

Légumes racines grillés sur feu de bois : Carottes, panais, choux de Bruxelles, sel.

Purée de pomme de terre : Pomme de terre, beurre, crème, sel, cubes de jambon à l'os.

Salade verte : Laitue mesclun, vinaigrette au cidre (huile d'olive, vinaigre de cidre, cidre, miel, sel), échalottes marinées, graines de moutarde marinées, radis.

Pouding chômeur aux petits fruits : oeuf, beurre, sucre, cassonade, crème.
