Our team has thought of everything to simplify the preparation of your meals for the week, without feeling guilty! Here is, for a limited time, a box with your favorite ready-to-eat meals. As its name suggests, the most appreciated ready-to-eat meals are gathered there, representing more than 4 meals for 2 to 3 people. 

The box includes:

  • Butter chicken (800 g, pre-cooked fresh)
  • Duck confit parmentier (900 g, frozen precooked)
  • BBQ ribs (750 g, precooked frozen)
  • Merguez sausages (350 g, frozen)
  • Bacon - thick slices (250g, frozen)
  • White Ham (200 g, fresh)

Cooking tip

Butter chicken: Cooking time: 10 min in hot water at 60°C.
- Bring water to about 60ºC in a cauldron.
- Immerse the vacuum bag in water.
- Leave to warm up for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from vacuum bag

BBQ ribs: Cooking time: 15 min at 450°F.
- Thaw the ribs in the refrigerator the day before or under cold water.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Remove the ribs from the vacuum bag and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with the excess sauce in the bag.
- Cook for about 15 minutes, until the ribs are nicely colored.

Merguez sausages: Cooking temperature: 71ºC
- Take out of the fridge and let the sausages cool for about 5 minutes before cooking.
- Preheat the grill.
- Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 71ºC, turning them regularly.
- Remove from the heat and let the sausages rest for about 5 minutes.

Duck parmentier: Cooking time: 1 hour at 350ºF.
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Cook the frozen parmentier for about 1 hour until warmed through.
- Leave to rest for 5 minutes.

Ingredients and allergens

Butter Chicken: Chicken, tomatoes, cream, butter, garlic, ginger, tomato paste, brown sugar, salt, Gorria pepper, garam masala, fenugreek, paprika, cardamom, turmeric, cinnamon, pepper.

White ham: Quebec Berkshire pork, salt, nitrite salt, honey

BBQ ribs: Pork ribs, BBQ sauce (ketchup, brown sugar, molasses, cider vinegar, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, yellow mustard, spices).

Merguez sausages: Beef, lamb, paprika, salt, olive oil, pepper, coriander seed, Gorria pepper, cumin, garlic.

Homemade bacon: Quebec pork belly, salt, brown sugar, nitrite salt, spices

Duck parmentier: Confit duck, potato, butter, onion, mushroom, poultry stock. white wine vinegar, parsley, rosemary, salt, pepper.
