Beef Meatball with mushroom sauce
These delicious Quebec beef meatballs and creamy mushroom sauce will be ready to eat in less than 15 minutes as they only need to be heated up before being served.

To assure quality, we choose producers who are conscientious about animal well-being, and focus on raising their cattle without hormones or antibiotics. We offer you beef equivalent to grade AAA or higher at all time. For unique flavour, tenderness and quality marbling, we prioritize the Angus breed.
Cooking time : 10 min in hot water at 60ºC.
- Defrost the meat the day before.
- Bring water to about 60ºC in a pot.
- Dip the sous-vide bag into the water.
- Let it warm up for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from sous-vide bag.
- Serve and enjoy.
