Cooking time: 15 minutes in hot water at 60ºC.
- Thaw the meat the day before.
- Bring water to about 60ºC in a pot.
- Immerse the sous-vide bag in the water.
- Heat for about 15 minutes or until the meat flakes easily in the bag.
- Remove from the bag.
- Serve and enjoy.
