Quebec grain-fed chicken breasts marinated

Our grain-fed chickens come from Ferme la rose des vents. The air-cooling technique gives the chickens firmer meat that does not dry out during cooking. The artisanal approach combined with many years of farming experience brings impeccable quality to their product.

Cooking temperature : 74ºC

- Preheat the oven at à 350 ºF.
- Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until breasts are 73ºC through.
- Rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
