Refund Policy

All refunds are made by either credit card or gift card.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, if a problem should arise with your order, we invite you to contact us by email (info@edouardetleo.com) or by phone (514-838-6996) within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your request will be evaluated and a solution will be proposed when possible. If necessary, we reserve the right to choose the method of reimbursement.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at least 48h before the day of the delivery.
