Ferme la Canardière
It is an honor for us to be able to work with specialists in Ducks like La Canardière farm. The owner, Véronique Fleury, originally from the Southwest of France where foie gras is part of the culinary habits, began her first activities in Quebec in 1988.
Practicing a traditional method where the ducks' diet consists solely of whole corn, this technique, rarely used nowadays, allows obtaining foie gras with unique characteristics.
La Canardière farm is a family business where Maxime handles production and Clément sales, representing the company’s next generation. Maintaining the same philosophy as at the start of their activities, they ensure to guarantee incomparable quality of their products and to listen to their customers' needs. Their rigorous standards lead them to supply top chefs in Canada.
Ferme la Rose des Vents
We are very proud to work with Ferme la Rose des Vents, which has been raising poultry using rigorous methods for three generations. This family business from the Laurentians is authentic, passionate, and offers superior quality poultry products.
Fed only with vegetable grain feed and without antibiotics, their chickens are raised on wood litter in large spaces. All is done with the greatest animal and environmental respect.

Beyond the AAA and Prime grade beef offered by certified Prince Edward Island cattle, the Blue Dot Reserve grade comes from the top third of Prime level cattle.
