Butter chicken (precooked)

If preparing this Indian cuisine classic has always seemed complicated to you, here is an excellent, flavor-packed solution for evenings when you're short on time!

Previously cooked in our creamy and divinely spiced house sauce, our butter chicken made from breast only needs to be reheated for a few minutes before it's ready to enjoy.

Cooking time : 10 min in hot water at 60ºC.

- Bring water to about 60ºC in a casserole.
- Immerse the sous-vide bag in the water for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the bag.
- Serve and enjoy.
