Provençal-style meatballs

Invite the flavors of the South to your plate with our Provençal polpettes! These meatballs inspired by Mediterranean culinary tradition will make you travel with every bite. Serve them with pasta, rice, grilled vegetables, or without accompaniment, they are delicious in every way!

Cooking time: 10 min in hot water at 60ºC.

- Bring water to around 60ºC in a cauldron.
- Submerge the vacuum-sealed bag in water.
- Leave to heat for approximately 10 minutes.
- Remove from vacuum bag.
Serve and taste.
