      Cooking advice

      Cooking temperature: 71ºC

      - Take out of the fridge and let the sausages cool for about 5 minutes before cooking.
      - Preheat the grill.
      - Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 71ºC, turning them regularly.
      - Remove from the heat and let the sausages rest for about 5 minutes.
      - Serve and enjoy.
