Cook a meal that will surely please your family and friends with our beef sirloin steak. Located at the hip level, this cut combines the tenderloin and the top sirloin. Tender and low in fat yet rich in flavor, it is just as excellent on the grill as in the pan.

Cooking advice

Cooking temperature: medium-rare (56ºC)

Take out and temper the meat about 15 minutes before cooking.
Generously salt both sides.
Sear the meat over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
Reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking until it reaches an internal temperature of 54ºC, turning it regularly.
Let the meat rest on a rack and wrap it in aluminum foil so it can gain the last few degrees it needs.
Serve and enjoy.
