Quebec lamb tagine with dates

$25.50
600 g

Lamb is the star ingredient of this ready-to-eat dish with the flavors of the Maghreb. This delicious tagine is indeed made from lamb neck and shoulder from Quebec. Slowly cooked in a tasty mixture based on lamb meat juice, dates, and spices, the meat is remarkably tender.

We recommend serving it with couscous or semolina, sprinkled with sliced almonds and coriander.
