The sugar season has finally arrived in Quebec! In honor of this season when maple syrup is flowing, we have concocted a gourmet menu to enjoy in the comfort of your home.
For the occasion, we have revisited some of the sugar shack classics to give them our Édouard & Léo touch.
Made to satisfy 4 to 6 people, our sugar shack box includes :

Maple sausages made from Quebec pork (16 units);

Maple glazed ham cooked on the bone (500g);

Marinated yellow beets (500g)

Old-fashioned meatball stew (500g)

Baked beans (400g)

Mesclun lettuce, wild rice, honey and cider vinaigrette

Oreilles de crisse (crispy pork rinds)

PREPARATION METHOD
MAPLE SAUSAGES

Heat in a skillet over low heat for about 4 minutes, turning regularly. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
HAM

Temper for 15 minutes.

Brush the ham with excess sauce before placing it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 350˚ F for 20 to 30 minutes, until warm and lightly colored.
SALAD

Toss lettuce with the wild rice and the honey cider dressing.
PORK RINDS AND MARINATED YELLOW BEETS
Open and enjoy!
MEATBALL STEW

In a pot, heat water to about 60˚C.C.
Place the bag of stew directly into the water and heat for 15 minutes. Do not let the water boil.

Once warmed, remove the bag from the water and cut it open to pour the contents into a serving dish.
- Allergen: Gluten, pork, lamb, beef, garlic, egg
BAKED BEANS

In a small pot, heat water to about 60˚C.C
Place the bag of baked beans directly into the water and heat for 15 minutes. Do not let the water boil.

Once warmed, remove the bag from the water and cut it open to pour the contents into a serving dish.
- Allergen: pork, onion, beans, mustard
(QUEBEC) BLUEBERRY PUDDING CHÔMEUR

Remove the lid from the container.

Bake at 350˚F for 20 minutes.
- Allergen: egg, gluten, dairy
