The Édouard et Léo butcher shop is signed by Marc-André Jetté, chef-owner of the renowned restaurant Hoogan et Beaufort, and his team.
For several years, he has advocated for collaboration in his field and strives to always promote high-quality local products. The idea of opening a butcher shop that values local producers has therefore naturally emerged and aligns with his values.
