The butcher shop Édouard et Léo is created by Marc-André Jetté, co-owner of the renowned restaurant Hoogan et Beaufort, and his partners Vincent Leclerc, Mila Rishkova, and Mathieu Provencher.
Promoting high-quality local products and collaboration between restaurateurs and suppliers are fundamental values of the Hoogan et Beaufort group. The idea of opening a butcher shop highlighting local producers naturally came about and aligns with these values.
