Édouard et Léo butcher shop is the brainchild of Marc-André Jetté, chef-owner of the renowned Hoogan et Beaufort restaurant, and his team.
For many years, he has advocated collaboration in his community and has always strived to promote high-quality local products. The idea of opening a butcher shop that recognizes the value of local producers came naturally and is in line with his values.
