Quebec Beef - Prime

The certified small beef producers who are part of the new Quebec association adhere to the sustainable beef production program (VBP+). This allows them to demonstrate to consumers that their operation meets the highest standards in food safety, animal welfare, and environmental respect.

Each breeder ensures a diet based on a recipe established by agronomists, which guarantees well-marbled, tender, and flavorful meat as well as the proper development of the animal. Production is monitored throughout the process by Agri Traçabilité Québec (ATQ) and is regularly overseen by veterinarians to ensure healthy development.
