ORée Farm  

We are proud to work with a quality producer like La ferme d’ORée. 

Since 2002, in the Estrie region, they raise grass-fed beef year-round, lamb, pork, and pasture-raised poultry. Their farming is based on sustainable agricultural practices that do not compromise the quality of the meats.

Canardière Farm 

"It is an honor for us to be able to work with specialists in Ducks like the farm La Canardière. The owner, Véronique Fleury, originally from the South-West of France where foie gras is part of the culinary habits, began her first activities in Quebec in 1988." 

Practicing a traditional method where the feeding of ducks consists solely of whole corn, this little-used technique today allows for the production of foie gras with unique characteristics.

La Canardière farm is a family business where Maxime in production and Clément in sales are the successors of the company. Keeping the same philosophy as at the start of their activities, they ensure to guarantee an unmatched quality of their products and to be attentive to the needs of their customers. Their rigorous standards lead them to supply great chefs in Canada.

Close the Rose of Winds   

 We are very proud to be able to work with Ferme la rose des vents, which has been raising poultry using rigorous methods for three generations. This family business from the Laurentians is authentic, passionate, and offers superior quality poultry products.

"Fed only with plant grain feed and without antibiotics, their chickens are raised on a wood bedding in large spaces. Everything is done with the utmost respect for animal welfare and the environment."

 

Lochette Farm

Since 2003, she has perfected her production of lambs primarily fed with food produced on their land under organic management, without antibiotics or hormones.

Certification Beef from Prince Edward Island

Cattle farming is a cornerstone of the heritage of Prince Edward Island. Producers are committed to providing quality beef from a healthy environment and a pastoral, active, and free lifestyle. The cattle are raised locally on small family farms, pushing industrial farming out of their territory and preferring quality over quantity. Their cattle are always raised without hormones and antibiotics, and the producers are united by high standards of breeding and handling to practice their trade in a humane and respectful manner, while ensuring a product of the highest grades. 

 

Blue Dot Reserve
