  • 2 cups of hoisin sauce
  • 1 cup of oyster sauce
  • 80 ml of rice vinegar
  • 50 ml of soy sauce
  • 50 ml of sriracha
  • 50 ml of sesame oil
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 clove of garlic

Instructions :

  1. In a large bowl, combine hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, chopped onion and garlic clove.

  2. Mix the marinade well until all ingredients are well combined.

  3. Place the ribs in the large bowl, cover with plastic wrap and leave to marinate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
