Cooking tip

- Let the roast temper 20 to 30 minutes before cooking,
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Bake the roast by lowering the oven temperature to 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let rest under aluminum foil for a few minutes before serving.
