Cooking advice

Cooking temperature: Rosé - 62ºC

- Remove the pork chop from the fridge and let it cool for 15 minutes before cooking.
- Generously salt each side of the meat.
- Sear each side over medium-high heat until lightly browned.
- Reduce the heat to medium and cook until the meat reaches 60ºC at the core, turning the meat regularly.
- Remove from heat and let stand for about 10 minutes wrapped in aluminum foil so that the meat gains 2 additional degrees.
- Serve and enjoy.
