Our grain-fed chickens come from Ferme la rose des vents. This family business has been in the farming industry since 1945 and specializes in grain-fed poultry raised without hormones, according to strict animal welfare standards. The air cooling technique gives the chickens firmer meat that does not dry out during cooking. The artisanal approach combined with several years of farming practice brings impeccable quality to their product.

Cooking advice

Grilling: 15 minutes on each side, preferably on a baking sheet to prevent the marinade from burning.

Oven:
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 1 hour or until meat pulls away from the bone easily. Coat thighs with excess marinade halfway through cooking.
- Serve and enjoy.
