For an easy weekday meal, we propose our whole, precooked, charred pepper chicken. Since our chicken is already cooked sous-vide, all you have left to do is heat it up and color it on the grill for a beautifully easy meal.
Our grain-fed chickens come from la Ferme la rose des vents. This family-run business has been raising livestock since 1945 and now specializes in grain-fed, hormone-free poultry, raised according to strict animal welfare rules. The air-chilling technique increases the flavour of the meat and improves the texture all the while yielding tender results. Many years of farming practice combined with an artisanal approach stand behind the irreproachable quality of this product.
*Since the chicken is already cooked for you, all you have to do is color it and heat it up. - Preheat the oven to 350ºF. - Take the chicken out of the vacuum bag and place on a baking sheet. - Heat up the chicken for about 10-15 minutes. - Put the oven to broil and color the chicken until the skin is crisp. - Serve and enjoy
