Beaurivage pork shoulder from Quebec with bone

Little known to the general public since it is more often prepared, pork shoulder is recognized for its flavorful roasts and the famous pulled pork from the southern United States. This often tough meat can intimidate many people, but we offer you an extraordinary shoulder here. Although perfect for braising or roasting, our Beaurivage pork shoulders from Quebec are also great on the grill thanks to their unique marbling and the quality of their raising.
