GROUND MEAT MIX, KEFTA STYLE 

Kefta is a traditional dish found both in the Maghreb and the Middle East. Our blend inspired by this dish contains ground meat fromlamb and beef from Quebec generously garnished with mint, of burnt chili paste and spices. To recreate keftas, simply form meatballs or skewers with this flavorful and aromatic meat. Everything can then be cooked equally well on the barbecue, in the oven, or in a pan.

To vary the pleasures, serve them in pita bread sandwiches with a tzatziki-style yogurt sauce. This fresh snack will be wonderfully enjoyed in the park on a beautiful sunny day!
