The sugar season is starting in Quebec! In honor of this season when maple syrup flows abundantly, we have prepared a gourmet menu for you to enjoy in the comfort of your home.

- Maple sausages made from Quebec pork (16 units);
- Maple-glazed cooked ham on the bone (500g);
- Marinated red beets (500g)
- Old-fashioned meatball stew (500g)
- Baked Beans (400g)
- Pea soup (500g)
- Meat pie (tourtière style)
- Grilled Vegetables
- Ears of squeak
- Sugar pie

METHOD OF PREPARATION
PIE
- Keep the frozen pie.

Preheat your oven to 350˚ F.
- Bake the pie for 1 to 1.5 hours, until the crust is cooked and the center of the pie is hot.
- Ingredients: dough (flour, butter, egg, water), filling (pork, potato, onion, salt, pepper).
HAM
- Let it temper for 15 minutes.
- Brush the ham with the excess sauce from the bag before placing it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350˚F for 20 to 30 minutes, until hot and lightly colored.
- Ingredients: cooked ham on the bone, maple syrup, butter (*our ham is cooked on the bone with love. The bone will be removed during portioning).
Roasted root vegetables
- Remove the lid and bake for 12 minutes at 350˚ F until the vegetables are hot.
- Ingredients: carrots, parsnip, pickled red onion (white wine, white wine vinegar, salt, salt)
Old-fashioned meatball stew
- In a cauldron, heat water to about 60˚C.
- Place the bag of stew directly in the water and reheat for 15 minutes. Do not let the water boil.
- Once everything is heated, remove the bag from the water and cut it to pour its contents into a serving dish.

Ingredients: meatballs (pork, beef, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, spices, salt, pepper, garlic); Sauce (demi-glace, pulled pork, savory, spices, salt, pepper, flour, butter, cornstarch).
BAKING BEANS
- In a small cauldron, heat water to about 60˚C.
- Place the bag of baked beans directly in the water and heat for 15 minutes. Do not let the water boil.
- Once everything is heated, remove the bag from the water and cut it to pour its contents into a serving dish.

Ingredients: navy beans, pork, onion, molasses, ketchup, mustard, apple cider vinegar, water, salt, pepper.
MAPLE SAUSAGES
- Heat in a skillet over low heat for about 4 minutes, turning regularly. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Ingredients: pork, beef, salt, pepper, maple syrup, butter.
PEA SOUP
- In a small saucepan, over low heat, heat while stirring regularly until simmering. Serve and enjoy.
- Ingredients: Split peas, carrot, celery, onion, pork.
MARINATED YELLOW BEETS
- Open and enjoy.
- Ingredients: beets, white wine vinegar, white wine, sugar, water, salt.
CRISSE EARS
- Open and enjoy.

SUGAR PIES:
- Frozen can be stored then reheated in the oven at 350˚F for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Ingredients: flour, egg, maple syrup, sugar, brown sugar, 35% cream, butter, cornstarch, salt.
