How to defrost meat without compromising its quality?

This way, you can keep your favorite cuts on hand to enjoy whenever you want.
First method: Slow thawing
The day before or the morning of, take the meat out of the freezer and transfer it to the refrigerator. Our butchers recommend this method as it preserves the moisture of the meat, which will keep its quality longer.
Second method: Quick defrosting
Take the meat out of the freezer and place the packaging in a bowl of tap water until it is thawed. This method is preferred if you are in a hurry and want a quicker result.
Our butchers advise against the microwave method as it will cook your meat, thus decreasing its quality.
