How to defrost meat without compromising its quality?

In the butcher shop and in our online store, we offer a wide variety of frozen products. Our butchers always respect their promise to prepare products of exceptional quality, which is why they reveal two methods for properly defrosting meat. You will be able to keep your favorite pieces on hand to enjoy them whenever you want.

Method one: Slow defrosting
The day before or the same morning, remove the meat from the freezer and transfer it to the refrigerator. Our butchers recommend this method since it preserves the humidity of the meat which will maintain its quality for longer.

Second method: Rapid defrosting
Remove the meat from the freezer and place the package in a bowl of tap water until thawed. This method is preferred if you are in a hurry and want a faster result.

Our butchers do not recommend the microwave method as it will cook your meat, thereby decreasing in quality.
