The butcher's mission Édouard and Léo being to offer an additional showcase to local producers and to allow easier access to quality meat, we now offer you boxes " Quebec beef."
By purchasing one of our producer sets, you get your hands on a variety of fresh Quebec products at an advantageous price. Moreover, you help to value the whole animal through a selection of popular cuts combined with others that are worth discovering.
SIMPLIFY YOUR WEEKLY MEAL PLANNING
The contents of the box vary over the weeks, but you always find five different fresh products from Quebec:
- An exceptional piece, either a rib, fillet or strip loin of beef;
- The butcher's ready-to-grill selection;
- A ready-to-cook meat;
- A ready-to-eat dish;
- Minced meat.
For now, we offer the delivery or pick-up option on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays according to the following schedule:
- Delivery: between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. or between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.;
- Picking: between 1pm and 6pm.
GOLDEN FARM BEEF
We proudly present to you La Ferme D'ORée , the producer with whom we collaborate for these boxes.For almost 20 years, The ORée farm is an environmental family farm in Estrie that raises grass-fed beef, lamb, poultry and pastured pork.
The name of the farm is inspired by permaculture: "l'Orée" means the border of the forest and this edge attracts greater ecological diversity.
With a desire to live an honest life in harmony with nature and community, this producer offers exceptional products, sustainably raised from birth to plate.
