ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH MISO

CHOUX DE BRUXELLES RÔTIS AU MISO
INGREDIENTS
  • 400 g of Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons of miso paste 
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 
  • 2 tablespoons of mirin sauce 
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil 
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the cleaned Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
  3. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl.  
  4. Whisk to properly bind the ingredients and make a sauce, adding 1 tablespoon of water if needed to thin it. 
  5. Place the Brussels sprouts in the bowl and mix everything together. 
  6. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, evenly spread the sprouts and put in the oven.
  7. Cook for about 15 minutes so they remain slightly crunchy. 
  8. Place the Brussels sprouts on a serving plate, spread the excess sauce over them, and serve.
