CHOUX DE BRUXELLES RÔTIS AU MISO

BRUSSELS SPROUTS ROASTED WITH MISO

INGREDIENTS
  • 400 g of Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons of miso paste 
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 
  • 2 tablespoons of mirin sauce 
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil 
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the cleaned Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
  3. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl.  
  4. Whisk to thoroughly combine the ingredients and make a sauce, adding 1 tablespoon of water if needed to dilute. 
  5. Place the Brussels sprouts in the bowl and mix everything together. 
  6. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, evenly distribute the cabbages and place in the oven.
  7. Cook for about 15 minutes so that they are still a little crunchy. 
  8. Place the Brussels sprouts on a serving plate, drizzle the excess sauce over them, and serve.
