ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH MISO

INGREDIENTS
- 400 g of Brussels sprouts
- 3 tablespoons of miso paste
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of mirin sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cut the cleaned Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
- Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk to properly bind the ingredients and make a sauce, adding 1 tablespoon of water if needed to thin it.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the bowl and mix everything together.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, evenly spread the sprouts and put in the oven.
- Cook for about 15 minutes so they remain slightly crunchy.
- Place the Brussels sprouts on a serving plate, spread the excess sauce over them, and serve.
