ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH MISO
INGREDIENTS
- 400 g of Brussels sprouts
- 3 tablespoons of miso paste
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cut the cleaned Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
- Mix all other ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk to combine the ingredients and make a sauce, adding 1 tablespoon of water if necessary to dilute.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the bowl and mix everything together.
- On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, evenly distribute the sprouts and place in the oven.
- Cook for about 15 minutes so they are still a little crunchy.
- Place the Brussels sprouts on a serving plate, distribute the excess sauce and serve.
