Kefta is a traditional dish from the Maghreb and the Middle East. Our Kefta-inspired blend contains ground lamb and beef from Quebec, generously seasoned with mint, roasted chili paste and spices. To make keftas, simply form balls or skewers with this tasty and fragrant meat. The whole thing can then be cooked on the barbecue, in the oven or in the pan.

For a change, serve them in pita breads with a yogurt sauce, tzatzíki style. This fresh snack is perfect to enjoy in the park on a sunny day!


The Quebec beef that we offer comes from pasture-raised without hormones and antibiotics in order to offer a beef with a unique taste, without however putting aside the well-being of the animal.
