Cooking time: 15 min at 350ºF

- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Cook the quiche for about 15 minutes until it is hot through.
- Leave to rest for 2 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.

Dough (flour, butter, egg, water), egg, cream, cheddar cheese, leek, mortadella (pork, pistachio, back fat, milk powder, salt, pepper, garlic, nutmeg, phosphate, brine 64).
