Perfect for quick meals, all that's left to do is grill the skewers on the BBQ. All our marinades are homemade from recipes crafted and refined by our chefs.

    La Ferme de porc de Beaurivage is a family business located in St-Patrice-de-Beaurivage that specializes in raising pigs and fattening piglets. With more than 100 years of expertise, their breeding methods are very humane and respectful of the environment and the animal. The feed, created on site, is 100% vegetable based on high quality grains. In addition, the animals are raised without antibiotics, drugs and other by-products and without hormones or growth stimulants.

    Cooking tip

    Cooking temperature : Rosé - 62ºC

    - Let the skewers temper for 15 minutes before cooking.
    - Sear each side over medium-high heat for 3 minutes on each side.
    - Remove from heatand let rest for about 5 minutes.
    - Serve and enjoy.

    CANDIED LEMON AND ROSEMARY: Pork, canola oil, lemon, rosemary, candied lemon paste, orange juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, spices.

    ANICET HONEY AND BLACK GARLIC: Pork, canola oil, Anicet honey, black garlic, balsamic vinegar, molasses, salt, pepper.

    MUSTARD: Pork, canola oil, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, molasses, onion, garlic, juniper, salt, spices.

    CHIMICHURRI: Pork, burnt pepper paste, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, mint, parsley, olive oil, spices

    SHISH TAOUK: Pork, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon, salt, pepper
