Our grain-fed chickens come from the Ferme la rose des vents. This family business has been in the farming industry since 1945 and specializes in grain-fed poultry raised without hormones, according to strict animal welfare standards. The air cooling technique gives the chickens firmer meat that does not dry out during cooking. The artisanal approach combined with several years of farming practice ensures impeccable quality in their product.
