All our ducks come from the La Canardière farm. Established in Quebec since 1988, La Canardière specializes in raising ducks fed with whole corn. This expertise, which has been passed down for several generations, makes their ducks an exceptional product recognized by dozens of chefs and found in several top restaurants across the country.
