Cooking temperature: 74ºC

- Marinate chicken breasts at least 3 hours before cooking.
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until breasts reach 73ºC.
- Let stand for about 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
