Our grain-fed chickens come from the Ferme la rose des vents. This family business has been in the farming industry since 1945 and specializes in grain-fed poultry raised without hormones, according to strict animal welfare standards. The air cooling technique gives the chickens firmer meat that does not dry out during cooking. The artisanal approach combined with several years of farming practice brings impeccable quality to their product.

*Since the chicken is already cooked for you, all you have to do is color it and heat it up.

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Take the chicken out of the vacuum bag and place on a baking sheet.
- Heat up the chicken for about 10-15 minutes.
- Put the oven to broil and color the chicken until the skin is crisp.
- Serve and enjoy
