Are you feeling overwhelmed with the start of the new school year? There is always an adjustment period after the lovely weeks spent resting, we are once again offering a great back-to-school box. It will help you make up for the lack of time associated with returning to class and work without sacrificing the quality of family meals!

The box includes:

Cooking advice

Lamb and beef keftas with chimichurri sauce:
- Heat in a pan or on the BBQ over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes until all sides are golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy.

Homemade Braised Beef Lasagna:
Cooking time: 1 hour at 350ºF.
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Cook the frozen lasagna for about 1 hour until it is hot throughout and the cheese is golden brown.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.

Chicken Skewer - Shish Taouk:
Cooking temperature: 74ºC
- Preheat the BBQ.
- Sear the meat over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Remove from heat and let your skewers rest for about 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.

Chicken with olives:
Cooking time: 10 min in hot water at 60ºC.
- Defrost the meat the day before.
- Bring water to about 60ºC in a pot.
- Immerse the vacuum bag in water.
- Let it heat for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the vacuum bag.

Cream of corn:
-Heat for a few minutes in a saucepan over low heat.

Homemade Braised Beef Lasagna:
Pasta (durum wheat semolina, niacin, folic acid, ferrous sulfate, riboflavin thiamine mononitrate), Beef, tomato, tomato paste, onion, red wine, mozzarella, ricotta, white balsamic vinegar, thyme, salt, pepper, spices

Chicken Skewer - Shish Taouk:
Chicken, Greek yogurt (skim milk, active bacterial culture), garlic, lemon juice (lemon concentrate, sulfites), salt, pepper.

Chicken with olives:
Chicken, onion, olives, red pepper, olive oil, preserved lemon, orange juice, ginger, garlic, honey, burnt chili paste, lemon, parsley, cilantro, cornstarch, spices

Smoked ham:
Berkshire pork from Quebec, salt, nitrite salt, honey

Cream of corn:
corn, onions, water, milk, starch, salt, margarine
