The great thing about marinated Quebec chicken thighs is that they are delicious and easy to prepare. They can be cooked in a variety of ways, while our homemade marinades made with high quality local ingredients will ensure a tender and juicy result.


Our grain-fed chickens come from la Ferme la rose des vents. This family-run business has been raising livestock since 1945 and now specializes in grain-fed, hormone-free poultry, raised according to strict animal welfare rules. The air-chilling technique increases the flavour of the meat and improves the texture all the while yielding tender results. Many years of farming practice combined with an artisanal approach stand behind the irreproachable quality of this product.

Cooking tip

Grilling: 15 minutes on each side, preferably on a baking sheet to prevent the marinade from burning.

- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 1 hour or until meat pulls away from the bone easily. Coat thighs with excess marinade halfway through cooking.
- Serve and enjoy.

CHIMICHURRI: Chicken, parsley, coriander, mint, canola oil, garlic, white balsamic vinegar, charred pepper paste, salt, pepper, gorria pepper
