Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Once the water is boiling, add the gnocchi for less than a minute. Remove when they come to the surface.
Potato flakes 805 (water, dehudrated potato flakes), soft wheat flour, potato starch, salt, natural flavor, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (sorbic acid).
