- Let your meat cool for 20 minutes before searing it.
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Salt the duck breast.
- In a frying pan over low heat, cook the duck breast skin-side down for about 6 minutes until the skin begins to brown. Turn over and let the other side brown in the same way.
- Bake the duck breast for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until the core temperature reaches 52ºC.
- Remove and let rest on a cutting board for about 10 minutes, wrapped in aluminum foil.
- Serve and enjoy.
