Pre-cooked in our creamy and divinely spiced homemade sauce, our butter chicken made from breast only needs to be reheated for a few minutes before being ready to eat.
Our grain-fed chickens come from la Ferme la rose des vents. This family-run business has been raising livestock since 1945 and now specializes in grain-fed, hormone-free poultry, raised according to strict animal welfare rules. The air-chilling technique increases the flavour of the meat and improves the texture all the while yielding tender results. Cooking tip :
Cooking time : 10 min in hot water at 60ºC.
- Thaw the meat the day before in the fridge or under cold water.
- Bring water to about 60ºC in a casserole.
- Dive the vacuum bag in the water for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the vacuum bag.
- Servir and enjoy.
