Dix-Cors farm

Located in Pierreville (Centre-du-Québec) the Dix-Cors farm has been specializing in the breeding of Quebec red deer of exceptional quality since 2009. Purposeful and determined, Alexandre Lavoie chose the family farmland for his venture. He started his project with five females and one male. Today, he raises between 25 and 30 red deer a year which he feeds with a mixture of grasses and a variety of carefully selected flowers. The quality of the meat of the Dix-Cors deer takes root in the their active and free pastoral lifestyle as well as Alexandre's meticulousness.
