Broccoli salad
Our gourmet broccoli salad recipe features our homemade Édouard et Léo bacon. A classic and delicious salad that is always a hit as a main course or side dish!
Yield: 4 people
Ingredients:
- 3 broccoli
- 250 g of homemade bacon from Édouard et Léo
- 100 g cashew nuts
- 50 g of chives
- 150 g dried cranberries
- 200 ml of mayonnaise
- 30 ml of cider vinegar
Method:
Cut the bacon into small pieces and brown them in a non-stick pan. Drain on paper towels to remove excess fat. Set aside.
Mix mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar. Set aside.
Combine all ingredients together and add the dressing, mixing to obtain a nice creamy salad.
Let stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours for best results.
