Pork Loin Lettuce Tacos with Salsa Verde

Ingredients:
Green salsa:
- 125 ml of honey
- 60 g chopped coriander
- 40 g chopped parsley
- 30 g of crushed peanuts
- 1 clove of chopped garlic
- 3 g of chili pepper
- 150 ml of vegetable oil
Tacos:
-Beaurivage pork loin steaks from Quebec
- 16 Boston lettuce leaves
- 150 g of carrots
- 150 g of cucumber
- 100 g cheese
Method:
Green salsa:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Set aside.
Tacos:
Grill the pork loin steaks.
Grate the carrots and cheese then cut the cucumbers into thin slices. Place the various toppings in bowls. Set aside.
