Ingredients:
Salsa verde:
- 125 ml honey
- 60 g chopped cilantro
- 40 g chopped parsley
- 30 g crushed peanuts
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 g chili pepper

Tacos:
- Beaurivage Quebec pork shoulder steaks
- 16 Boston lettuce leaves
- 150 g carrots
- 150 g cucumber
- 100 g cheese
Method:
Salsa verde:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Set aside.
Tacos:
Grill the pork shoulder steaks.
Grate the carrots and cheese then slice the cucumbers thinly. Place the different toppings in bowls. Set aside.
