Lettuce tacos with pork shoulder and salsa verde

Ingredients:
Green sauce:
- 125 ml of honey
- 60 g of chopped coriander
- 40 g of chopped parsley
- 30 g of crushed peanuts
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 3 g of chili pepper
- 150 ml of vegetable oil
Tacos:
- Beaurivage Pork Neck Steaks from Quebec
- 16 Boston lettuce leaves
- 150 g of carrots
- 150 g of cucumber
- 100 g fromage
Method:
Green sauce:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Set aside.
Tacos:
Grill the pork shoulder steaks.
Grate the carrots and cheese, then cut the cucumbers into thin slices. Place the different toppings in bowls. Set aside.
