Minced meat mix, kefta style

Kefta is a traditional dish found both in the Maghreb and the Middle East. Our blend inspired by this dish contains ground meat fromlamb and beef from Quebec generously garnished with mint, of burnt chili paste and spices. To recreate keftas, simply form meatballs or skewers with this flavorful and aromatic meat. The whole can then be cooked just as well on the barbecue, in the oven, or in a pan.

To vary the pleasures, serve them in sandwiches in pita breads with a tzatziki-style yogurt sauce. This fresh snack will be wonderfully enjoyed at the park on a beautiful sunny day!
