The Quebec beef that we offer comes from pasture-raised without hormones and antibiotics in order to offer a beef with a unique taste, without however putting aside the well-being of the animal. Thanks to the rigorous selection of our producers, we offer you beef equivalent to AAA quality or higher at all times. In addition, to ensure quality marbling and tenderness, Angus breed animals are given priority.
For more than 15 years, Bergeries Marovine have perfected their production of lambs fed with corn silage and alfalfa grown on their own land. Conscious of raising animals with the utmost respect, they offer sustainable meat of the highest quality thanks to their best practices.
Cooking temperature: 71ºC
- Take out of the fridge and let the sausages cool for about 5 minutes before cooking.
- Preheat the grill.
- Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 71ºC, turning them regularly.
- Remove from the heat and let the sausages rest for about 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
